Cleaning

When using a vacuum to clean your rug always use the nozzle attachment as the strong suction on some cleaners may damage the pile.

Stains

Spills should always be cleaned immediately. Blot stains on your rug with a dry absorbent cloth or gently wipe with warm water.  Never use harsh detergents or chemicals.  Please refer to a specialist for all other cleaning.

Shedding

This is a natural process which occurs when a rug is new and is not a defect.  Avoid pulling yarn knots out of surface pile.  Clip them off even with rug surface.
