Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund within 7 [seven] working days of receiving your goods. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. All goods must be returned in their original packaging if possible and always well packed and protected, in undamaged and original conditions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay delivery charges on returned items unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

Please Note in the case of hand made items colours may vary due to the unique nature of these products.

Please note delivery charges relating to your original order and subsequent return will not be credited or refunded.

Please note we are unable to offer you a refund on made-to-measure rugs.
