Please note all MRC UK rugs are made to order.Cancellation is only possible 48hrs after order placement. We are unable to offer any refunds on these items once they have gone into production.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website that is not made to order for a full refund within 7 [seven] working days of receiving your goods. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. All goods must be returned in their original packaging if possible and always well packed and protected, in undamaged and original conditions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay delivery charges on returned items unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
Please note delivery charges relating to your original order and subsequent return will not be credited or refunded.
