Manufacturing Faults

Upon inspection, should your goods be confirmed to be faulty we will offer you a replacement on a like for like basis or a full refund, including return costs. Faulty products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method. See Returns

We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making. Please note that variation of colour is not accepted by us to constitute faulty goods.
