As manufacturers and suppliers your order is monitored by us at every stage of production. Finally,before despatch, your rug is checked again for conformity to the original order.
if,upon final inspection by ourselves, your goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you an exact replacement of your order with a revised delivery date or a full refund.
Where a fault occurs after delivery, products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method. See Returns
We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making. Our free colour swatch is supplied to give an accurate colour reference. Please note that slight variations of colour are not accepted by us to constitute faulty goods.
